Meditation is a wonderful practice, with many benefits, but that's for another article.

Today I'm going to teach you the very simple practice of meditating.

First of all, sit down on the floor or on a chair. I like to sit on the floor, but still with back support – like a bed – otherwise my back gets sore and that makes me focus on the sore back instead of my breath.
