Creativity is a very important aspect of keeping a balanced mind. The more balanced your mind is, the more able it will be to perform the tasks you ask of it. And don’t think “creativity” has to be writing a novel or painting a masterpiece. The brain (and ‘spirit’) can benefit from simple and small adventures in non-linear thought and action.

It’s that time of year (in the U.S. anyway) when people are focused on getting organized -- or rather wishing they were organized. Being organized is great, it affords physical space, mental space and all but insures higher efficiency. But wishing and doing are two entirely different things. Wondering how to achieve the bliss of knowing where your stuff is? It’s easy... if you start small and don’t waste your valuable time watching TV shows or reading magazine articles on “how to” do it.
Clear your mind and focus on the movement. A meditative state can be reached by observing others in a meditative, natural state.
1.) If you do not know something, keep our mouth shut.* No-one, I repeat no-one, is interested in your uneducated guesses about why something is the way it is, or why someone did something a certain way. At best, you will trick them into temporarily thinking you know what you’re talking about. At worst, you will convince them that you are speaking the truth and they will perpetuate your bullsh*t to others. Do not contribute to making the world a more foolish place just because you had to say ...
